整機由料架部分，內置鼻梁條、打印LOGO、超聲波封邊、一次裁邊、超聲波封邊、二次裁邊、耳帶1焊接、耳帶2焊接一次成型，成品下料，采用伺服電機，超聲波焊接技術完成生產。
